An Interactive Storytime for Kids

Join us Maria’s Bookshop for an exciting interactive adventure through the national parks with local author Kate Siber! We’ll learn about some of the coolest creatures, plants and wild wonders of these protected areas, from the sputtering volcanoes of Hawaii to the misty blue peaks of the Great Smoky Mountains.
This event will include games and activities (with prizes!) in celebration of the publication of Siber’s new children’s book, National Parks of the U.S.A., a large-format, illustrated, non-fiction title for kids ages 5-10. All ages welcome.
