Amid last year’s crumbling coal economy, and despite promises to address climate change, the Obama Administration approved a 25-year extension of the Four Corners Power Plant and Navajo Mine operations. They did so without assessing renewable energy alternatives or adequately taking into account climate impacts. We’re suing in response. Another 25-years of this mine-mouth complex will intensify the already drastic impacts to the environment, climate, public health, and already shaky economic stability of the Four Corners.

Urge the Administration to reconsider
their support of coal in the Four Corners:
